Chris Fulk hails from North Carolina and graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill. He majored in Athletic Training and worked as an Athletic Trainer after college. He began his career in orthopedic sales continuing on to Salix Pharmaceuticals. Chris led an award-winning sales team at Salix for two years prior to the organization being sold. These years exposed Chris to the challenges and rewards of teamwork, servant leadership, and how to set and achieve goals in a collaborative environment. In total, Chris has five years of leadership experience.

In his role at Pathway, he supports our Office Managers and clinical professionals each day and coordinates at least weekly calls along with regular visits to every clinic. This approach allows Chris the ability to monitor and maintain the highest quality of care in our clinics and responds quickly to any challenges they may face. He operates staff development, training, best practices, and purchase monitoring. Chris’ largest role consists of maintaining compliance with regulatory laws (Federal and state) as well as ensuring every clinic is observing the policies and procedures of Pathway. He has contributed to the development of checklists and acknowledgment forms to keep clinics accountable to these regulations and practices.
