Get your linkBefore each visit, you’ll get a reminder and a Zoom link by text and email.

Join a few minutes earlyPick a private place with a good connection. You cannot be driving during your visit.

Be on videoYour visit is live video and audio, so you’ll need to see and hear your provider.

We schedule your next visitAfter your visit, your next appointment is scheduled and texted to you.

Getting Set Up On Zoom
A few minutes of setup before your first visit makes everything easier.
- Phone or tablet: download the free Zoom app from your app store.
- Computer: download Zoom at zoom.us/download.
- Test it before your first visit: go to zoom.us/test and tap Join. Zoom opens a practice meeting that checks your speaker, microphone, and camera. No account needed.
If Something Goes Wrong
Not getting Zoom links?You may have opted out of texts. Text START to 919-944-8619 to turn them back on.

Payment
Paying For Your Visit
If you have a copay, here’s how it works.
We text you a linkBefore your appointment, you’ll get a secure payment link by text. Pay by card.
Pay 30 minutes earlyPay at least 30 minutes before your appointment time.
Unpaid copaysIf your copay isn’t paid in time, your appointment will be canceled and will need to be rescheduled.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to come to the office?
No. Your visits are on Zoom from home. Your drug screen is done with a mailed kit, at a lab, or at a Pathway location (see “Your Drug Screens” above).
What do I need for my visit?
A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera, a microphone, and a good connection. Pick a private place where you can talk freely.
What if I don’t have a way to join by video?
Call us at 601-283-3992 before your visit so we can talk it through with you.
What if I can’t connect on the day of my visit?
Call us right away at 601-283-3992. We can resend your link and help you get connected.
Will my medicine or treatment change because visits are virtual?
Your prescriber makes those decisions with you at your visit. Please ask them directly.
Do I have to pay?
If you have a copay, we’ll text you a link to pay before your appointment. Please pay at least 30 minutes beforehand.
